Fire crews remain on scene after a fire broke out in a Nampa neighborhood. Dispatchers say the blaze began at about 4 a.m. in a fourplex near the intersection of 4th Street South and 11th Avenue South. Viewer Bob Cooley provided video to KTVB showing smoke pouring from the door of the building.
